CEO Message from Alex Green: “As an arts organisation, it is naturally disappointing not to be able to put on activities which go to the heart of our vision – enriching people’s lives through shared artistic experiences and social interaction. The safety of Trinity’s team and our audience is a priority, and as such, we planned for the possibility of an Autumn lockdown.
In the meantime, as part of our scenario planning, our programming, box office and marketing teams will spend the coming days postponing events and engaging in shutdown down preparations; to go into temporary hibernation where we will maximise the use of the government furlough scheme.
During this time, we will be offering online training opportunities to our team to support their personal development and underpin their skill base for the future. As of Thursday, we will close to the public for November and will continue to evaluate our re-opening as the government position unfolds.
We have been grateful for the very generous and loyal support that we have received during the past seven months. We hope our community will stand by us and help secure Trinity’s future by sponsoring a seat or step and purchasing memberships, tickets and gift vouchers this Christmas.”
