Tunbridge Wells Jazz Club
Tunbridge Wells Jazz Club has been promoting live jazz for 30 years. We get a variety of excellent bands all with true jazz roots including New Orleans, Blues, Swing and some Mainstream………….
The 2014 season kicks off on February 7th with Keith Nichols’ Hot Five, featuring ‘Spats’ Langham. Keith’s 40 years as the UK’s premier vintage pianist was honoured in 2004 with the BBC’s Heritage Award. Do come and join us!
Our concerts are normally held on the first Friday of the month (except January and July) in the Masonic Hall, St John’s Road from 8 to 10.30pm where we have a licensed bar and hold a raffle, too. Come and join us, do!
We charge for entry, but becoming a member gives benefits including £1.50 off your entry.
Membership costs £15 per adult, £25 for joint members, £10 per senior citizen and full-time students are free. You get vouchers to give you £1.50 off your entry to each concert and that of non-members you introduce. You will get newsletters with future events and lots of information…… Do, do join – at the door for instant benefits!
